Arcadia Servicing Inc provides Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) — the purchase of future receivables, not traditional loans. Please understand these key distinctions.
Understanding the nature of our business relationship and your obligations
We purchase a fixed portion of your future sales at a discount. In return, you receive an upfront lump sum. This is a sale transaction, not a loan agreement.
Remittances are based on your actual sales volume. If your revenue changes, you must notify us and provide bank statements or processing reports to request an adjustment. We rely on your communication to ensure remittances reflect your actual revenue.
There is no interest rate, no fixed payment term, and no maturity date. This transaction is not classified as debt on your financial statements.
While payments can adjust based on sales, the obligation to deliver the purchased amount remains. Defaulting has legal and financial consequences.
We collect via ACH based on your sales volume, not as fixed installments. This provides flexibility as your business experiences natural fluctuations.
The Personal Guaranty ensures you follow contract terms (like not hiding revenue). It's not a guarantee to repay funds like a traditional loan guaranty.
We provide this disclosure to ensure complete clarity about our business relationship. You are selling a portion of your future revenue, not borrowing money. We are committed to helping your business succeed.
